Ticket Ranges & Prefixes

By default, tickets are numbered 1 through Max Tickets. You can customize ranges, padding, and letters per competition.

Ticket Number Offset & Range

Section titled “Ticket Number Offset & Range”
  • Start Number: Instead of starting at 1, start at any custom integer (e.g. 1001 through 2000).
  • Leading Zeros (Padding):
    • Format numbers as 001, 002, 050 instead of 1, 2, 50.
    • Define minimum digit length in plugin settings.

Alphanumeric Prefixes & Letter Codes

To distinguish tickets across concurrent draws or categories, prepend custom prefixes:

  • Prefix: e.g. TECH-, CAR-, or VIP-.
  • Resulting customer tickets will display as:
    • CAR-001
    • CAR-002
    • CAR-050
  • Prefixes are automatically stripped down to indexed numerical values in the database for instant indexing and restored seamlessly during frontend rendering and receipts.
