Customer Account Endpoints

Quantum Competitions adds dedicated navigation items and endpoints to the native WooCommerce My Account area. Customers can review all active ticket numbers, inspect their historical participation, and view their prizes without contacting support.

The plugin registers four standard endpoints under the customer’s account dashboard:

Endpoint Slug Menu Label Description
comp-tickets My Tickets Displays all currently active, live competitions the customer has entered, alongside their allocated ticket numbers and live countdown timers.
comp-tickets-past Past Tickets Historical record of previous competitions the customer entered, showing whether their tickets won or expired.
wins Won Competitions Comprehensive list of main competitions won by the logged-in customer, including prize details, winning ticket number, and draw timestamp.
wins-instant Instant Wins Detailed table of all instant win prizes won by the customer, including prize title, claim status, and wallet credit confirmations.

Store administrators can control which tabs appear in the customer navigation menu:

  1. Navigate to Competitions > Settings.
  2. Under the General tab, scroll to the My Account Settings section.
  3. Configure the visibility options:
    • Show My Tickets in My Account menu (qcw_show_my_tickets): Check to enable the tickets overview tab.
    • Show Wins in My Account menu (qcw_show_wins_my_account): Check to display the prize winners tab.
  4. Click Save changes.

If you use a custom account page layout, Elementor canvas, or bespoke customer portal, you can embed ticket tables anywhere using shortcodes:

[my_active_competitions]

Renders a grid or list of competitions currently running in which the logged-in user holds confirmed tickets.

[my_competitions]

Displays a tabbed interface allowing users to switch between active entries and concluded competitions.

[winned_competitions]

Displays only the items and prizes won by the currently logged-in account.

[all_instant_winners]

Displays a public celebration wall showing all instant win prize claims across your store with masked customer names (e.g. John D.).

Account templates follow standard WooCommerce template hierarchy and can be overridden in your theme:

  • templates/myaccount/my-active-competitions.php
  • templates/myaccount/my-competitions.php
  • templates/myaccount/winned-competitions.php
