Claiming & Wallet Credits

When a customer purchases a ticket linked to an instant win, Quantum Competitions automates prize fulfillment and customer notifications based on the prize category and store settings.

1. Automated TeraWallet Store Credit

Quantum Competitions features native integration with the popular TeraWallet (WooCommerce Wallet) plugin:

• Enable Wallet Crediting: Under Competitions > Settings, enable Credit instant win prize amount to wallet (qcw_add_instant_to_wallet).
• Category Filtering: Use Instant wallet category (qcw_instant_wallet_category) to specify which prize categories automatically deposit into the customer’s wallet (e.g. Wallet, Site Credit, or All). Physical merchandise or cash transfer categories can be excluded from wallet deposits.
• Instant Deposit: Upon checkout completion, the prize monetary value is credited directly to the customer’s account balance:

  Credit instant win prize amount to wallet. Prize: "£50 Site Credit" ticket number: 140

• Instant Reinvestment: Customers can immediately use their credited balance to enter more competitions or purchase other WooCommerce store products.

2. Automated Email Notifications

When an instant win occurs, the plugin dispatches two dedicated transactional emails via WooCommerce:

Customer Win Email (WC_Email_Competition_Instant_Win)

• Sent immediately to the buyer upon successful checkout.
• Contains the competition title, winning ticket number, prize details, and fulfillment instructions.
• Template customizable via standard WooCommerce email management (WooCommerce > Settings > Emails).

Admin Alert Email (WC_Email_Competition_Instant_Win_Admin)

• Sent to site administrators alerting them of the instant win.
• Includes winner user details, billing address, phone number, winning ticket, and order ID for physical fulfillment tracking.

3. Customer Account & Order Confirmation

Winners can review their instant win prizes in two key places:

1. Order Received / Thank You Page:
   • A dedicated win notification banner is embedded in the order summary (qcw_instant_win_order_message).
   • Displays the winning ticket number, prize name, and triggers the selected interactive reveal animation.
2. My Account > Instant Wins (wins-instant):
   • A dedicated account endpoint listing all instant prizes won by the customer across all orders.
   • Shows the date, competition title, winning ticket number, and awarded prize.

4. Admin Auditing & Database Tracking

All instant win events are permanently recorded in the dedicated database table {$wpdb->prefix}wc_lottery_pn_instantwin:

• Order ID, User ID, user email, and full name.
• Competition title and ID.
• Winning ticket number and prize title.
• Timestamp of the award.

Administrators can review and manage claimed instant prizes directly from the Competition Instant Prizes metabox on each competition product page or via the admin winner logs.
