Multi-Prizes & Runners-Up

A single competition can have multiple winners with distinct prizes (e.g. 1st Place: Car, 2nd Place: £1,000 Cash, 3rd Place: £250 Site Credit).

Configuring Multiple Winners

1. Edit the competition product.
2. In the Competition tab, find Number of winners (_lottery_num_winners).
3. Enter the total count of winners (e.g., 3).
4. The Competition Winners & Prizes box generates a row for each position:
   • 1st Place: Prize Name (e.g., Brand New Car) and Monetary Value.
   • 2nd Place: Prize Name (e.g., £1,000 Cash Transfer) and Monetary Value.
   • 3rd Place: Prize Name (e.g., £250 Site Credit) and Monetary Value.

Draw Behavior

• The draw engine selects unique tickets for each place in descending priority.
• One ticket cannot win multiple runner-up spots within the same draw unless explicitly permitted in settings.
• Each winner receives a personalized notification specifying their exact prize tier.
