We do not offer refund for downloaded items, delivered services and completed projects.
We do not provide refunds for these sorts of mistaken purchases. Due to the nature of digital goods, it’s not possible to “return” them.
There is no test / trial period for downloadable items for the same reason mentioned above. For testing purposes we have demo, videos and screenshots. If you have any doubts about features or any other question please contact us for a detailed presale discussion and inquries. We will explain in detail all features and answer your questions.
Full refund is available only in case when item has not been downloaded or project was cancelled and not delivered.
We do not handle refunds for purchase you made outside of wpgenie.org and you need to contact customer support on marketplace / website where you made your purchase.
