We offer general WordPress and WooCommerce support for clients who have not purchased our plugins. This service is available for a monthly subscription fee and can be accessed through our ticket system.
By subscribing to our general support plan, you will be able to submit tickets and get access to your own Discord channel for any issues you are experiencing with your website, and our team will do our best to resolve the problem in no time.
The support plan can be purchased here, and a 5-day trial is available to allow you to experience our service before committing. Support service is priced at $75 / month and includes 2 hours of our work per month (there are discounts for 6 and 12 month commitments). Clients with support subscription get discounted rate of $40 / hour for additional top-up hours (instead of $50).
Please note that this support plan is intended for clients who have not purchased our plugins, as support for plugin-related issues is already included in the plugin purchase.

- Styling / CSS issues and modifications

- Content management (add, modify, improve)

- Security-related problems and best practices
- Backup policies and backup recovery
Once your subscription is complete, we will create a support account for you, and provide instructions on how to submit a ticket for any issues you need assistance with.
