While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example during access to your website to provide support and web developing) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
What you can do to protect your information and data
All sensitive information is destroyed and removed from computers and servers once project is completed. We also remove old data (ticket content for example), usually older than 9 months in order not to archive potentially sensitive data.
We urge all our clients to immediately after ticket closure remove all sensitive info and / or change login credentials, test accounts etc that were provided to us (for support purposes).
