Product Description

Produced under the traditional method of making French Sauternes where you select the best grains nobles, the grapes were harvested in late May 2004. After harvesting the grapes are pressed and the must is fermented in French oak barrels until the winter cold fermentation stopped due to low temperatures. In the spring the fermentation is continued until it finally stops and the resulting wine is with a high concentration of natural grape sugars. Thus the wine remains in these barrels 12 months until the cut is made the best barrels before bottling
